It’s a potent story that I work to tell in light and shadow, colour and tone; in the grasp of hands; the glint of an eye.
In contrast to an era of hurriedly snapped moments taken on phones, I take evocative, original photographs to cherish.

It’s important to me that the time we spend shooting is as much of an offering to you as the images themselves.
Most people need time to get used to being in front of a camera lens: I want you to enjoy the process of being photographed - this way, you look like you: relaxed, happy and authentic.
It’s one of the reasons you’ll find that my shoots are longer than the classic hour.
We have time to chat, to search out the best light, change the scene, change your outfit or have something to eat.
If you’ve booked a mothering portrait shoot, there’ll be time to allow for nappy changes, feeds, fussing and even naps: no rush, no stress.
